TRIBAL DANCING BENEATH THE MOONLIGHT
royal kruger lodge

Immerse your senses by the light of the moon, blazed by amber sparks of the crackling fire. Your magical Banquet fantasy begins with a moonlit Safari experience in the famous Kruger National Park in search of the Big 5. The following day yields many pleasures including a mystical tour of a Stonehenge like Ruin Site, the oldest man made structure on earth (75 000 years old).  Alternatively, a trip to a Labyrinth of wisdom, healing & discovery within the beauty of nature..

Toast farewell to the flaming sun as the full moon makes her entrance, sweeping her silver jewels over the life yielding Crocodile River. Relax in a refreshingly aromatic lunar bath before entering the Starlit Boma for an evening of African festivity and delight. Crisp rays sprinkle over your Amarula cream as you reflect on the ancient Marula tree above. This is the fruit that elephants are rumoured to get drunk on. Ancient wisdom tells us that the Marula tree bark is traditionally used for medicinal purposes.  Be aware ... the old tree may exhale an owl or bat if they're home!

A curtain of stars open and the natural spotlight shines on traditional Swazi dancers as they entertain you to the pulsating ethnic drum beats. Following several delicious dinner courses, our Lunatic Desert tempts the taste buds, while cocktail Royal Moon-Shyn is offered in abundance as you gaze through infinity at endless stars and perhaps the milky way, in open wilderness skies .... the perfect way to enjoy this experience to the full is at Royal Kruger Lodge’s original Full Moon Banquet.

Slumber deeply as silver rays dance through your room. A late breakfast is served before a fascinating bush orientation walk.

This package may be booked separately or as part of a romantic honeymoon. It is also ideal for exclusive groups, conferences and private celebrations, including birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and reunions,

Be one of the lucky few to discover one of Africa's magical secrets!
